The Exner family has lived in Maple Ridge since 1948 and I have been a resident for most of my life. Growing up here, I loved playing sports - basketball, soccer and rugby. I believe the skills you gain when being part of a team are invaluable as you go through life.

I graduated from Maple Ridge Secondary School in 1988 and went on to B.C.I.T for trades. I completed the Real Estate Trading Services program from UBC Sauder School of Business as well as various other business courses.

I am married to my incredible wife Michelle, we have 3 amazing children who we keep in sports and activities to keep them active and social. I volunteer my time coaching soccer and ball hockey. I am without a doubt, their biggest fan!

We love living in Maple Ridge and all that it has to offer, with the incredible outdoor living opportunities, great schools and the small town community feeling.

I started my own business in 1998. For 8 years I learned the 'ins and outs' of listening to customers, providing them with prompt service and fulfilling their needs. Having a passion for houses and helping people eventually led me down the path of real estate.

There are few moments in life that compare to making that phone call to a client and saying 'Your house is SOLD!' or 'They've ACCEPTED your OFFER!' These are the moments that I work for. Having helped many great people with their Real Estate goals, I look forward to helping many more.

Along the way I have earned Macdonald Realty Sales Achievement Awards and in 2012 I was voted the Maple Ridge Times Readers Choice Top Real Estate Agent.

Michelle Exner

 have been local to the Tri City, Fraser Valley area for all of my years.  I have strong family roots in Coquilam, Port Coquilam, Mission and Maple Ridge.  I am a full time Realtor and am able to devote all of my work time to help my clients and their families with their real estate needs.  I am a certified negotiations expert (CNE).  You can rely on my respectful and professional manner at all times.

My husband, (Jason Exner, Macdonald Realty), and I have three children, 17 years old twins and a 10 year old.  They are all largely a part of community sports including football, ball hockey, ice hockey, martial arts, gymnastics,dance, soccer and basketball programs.  We are a very active family and have built some fantastic relationships because of it.  We have large business and personal support networks and plenty of community connections.

I am an avid runner and have completed several half marathons, 15 kms races, 10 Kms races, 5 Kms races, Mudderella and the Tough Mudder.  I have trained with a fantastic group of men and women and we have accomplished many goals together.  I put 100 percent into everything I do. 

I love the diversity of this area, it's beauty and all that it has to offer.  I feel blessed to live here every day.


My goal is to treat my clients as family.  I will represent you with your best interests at heart.  Every client is unique and I take the time to get to know and to understand each of them in order to represent them to the best of my abilities.  I have been fortunate to have worked with a variety of individuals and feel that my most important aspect is to listen and truly understand how I can make the buying or selling experience easier.  I will represent you with honesty and integrity .
